Cake Mix Cookies —Perfect EVERY Time
I swear, these turn out PERFECT every time! Soft, chewy, delicious!
My favorite cake mix to use is Devil’s Food, but Butter Yellow cake mix is awesome with pecans and chocolate chips. Really, the combination possibilities are endless! I keep thinking to try carrot cake mix with white chocolate chips and pecans. Or maybe German Chocolate with coconut, or, or...

INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened, or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup chips of choice
 *optional* 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, butter and eggs until smooth and well blended [it will be sticky and kinda tough to blend]. Mix in the chocolate chips. 
  3. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. [ I use parchment paper]
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
Makes about 45 2.5 inch cookies
