Cake Mix Cookies —Perfect EVERY Time
I swear, these turn out PERFECT every time! Soft, chewy, delicious!

1 (18.25 ounce) package cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened, or vegetable oil
1 cup chips of choice
*optional* 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, butter and eggs until smooth and well blended [it will be sticky and kinda tough to blend]. Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. [ I use parchment paper]
- Bake for 10 minutes
