I'm going to use this frosting with the Cream Cheese Sugar cookies I'm baking tonight
Original Recipe Yield 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In medium bowl, melt butter in microwave [30 seconds]. Add milk, stir in the vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until thick and smooth.
