Makes 16-24 meatballs , *Mine were about 1.2-2 inches in diameter and it made 16

1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and line baking pan with parchment paper [ or aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray]

2. Place the beef into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet.

3. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 25-30 minutes.

Yes, I will be using these to make one of THESE.
Instead of baking these, you can simmer them in Maranara or meat sauce, Covered, for 30-35 minutes on medium low .

  1. I made these meatballs this weekend. YUM! I bought a pound of ground beef, ground pork and ground turkey, took half of each and mushed the other half real well together to freeze for later. Pumped up the ingredients just a little since I had 50% more. They are VERY tender and succulent!
    Thanks for the recipe!

  2. Thumbs up from the whole house! They were amazing and just the perfect comfort food we needed for this yucky time of winter.
