Frito Salad




THE SALAD:
1 Head Romaine Lettuce, shredded [ or mixed greens of your choice]
1 15 oz Can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Medium or large tomato, diced
1 or 2 ribs of celery, diced
1 or 2 green onions, diced small

TOPPINGS:
1 Regular Size Bag Fritos [about a handful per serving]
Catalina Dressing
**Also REALLY good with deli turkey, or roasted turkey chunks!

Why do I do this blog?

Well, because I like easy to make, flavorful dishes with a moderate fat count, and a wide variety of them. This blog is the perfect place to bring together all of my favorites for easy access to pull up to use when it's time to make dinner.
