Tierney Chicken Casserole




Filling:
1.5 lbs chicken, boiled then shredded
1/4-1/2 tsp onion powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
black pepper, to taste

Topping: 

Combine 2 cups dry bread stuffing mix with 4 TBSP melted butter-- **you can sub 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers [crushed] for Stuffing mix**


~Directions~Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine filling and spread in a lightly greased 9x9 or 9x13 inch baking dish. 
Sprinkle stuffing mix over the chicken layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until it starts to bubble in the center and topping gets golden brown.
