4-6 Tilapia [1 lb]
2 TB. Paprika
2 tsp lemon pepper [mine has salt added it]
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp. dried, crushed oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp sage
2-3 TB butter, melted
1 lemon, quartered
Directions:
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture, and allow to sit at room temperature for no longer than 30 minutes.
- Over high heat, add butter to skillet, and heat until hot.
- Cook fillets for about 3 minutes per side, or until fish is opaque and can be flaked with a fork.
- Remove from the pan.
- Pour pan juices over them and squeeze lemon juice all over.
