- 3 cloves minced garlic, or 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup [freshly] grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 1 cup thawed frozen spinach-- or this would be great with asparagus
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
